Our team came into training from an emergency services and security background, delivering accredited workplace training across Scotland and the north of England.
Why the background matters
Our trainers spent their careers in the emergency services and security before moving into training. That means the emergency scenarios covered on these courses are not theoretical. When the subject is a cardiac arrest, a serious bleed, or a colleague in mental health crisis, it makes a difference that the person teaching it has dealt with the real thing.
It also changes how the room runs. People ask better questions and take it more seriously, and the practical elements get the attention they deserve rather than being rushed at the end of the day.
Accredited through four awarding bodies
We are approved to deliver through FAIB, NUCO, Qualsafe and HABC. Between them these cover the regulated first aid, mental health and health and safety awards that UK workplaces need for compliance, so your certificates are recognised and your records stand up to inspection.
How we work
Training is delivered at your premises so your team is not travelling and losing a day. If your site is not suitable, either of us can arrange a venue, and that is usually agreed at the time of booking.
We are honest about what you need. If a shorter course covers your obligations we will tell you that rather than sell you the longer one.
